UK & NORTHERN IRELAND DELIVERY
Standard delivery to UK and Northern Ireland addresses is free for all orders over £300 and just £3.95 for orders under £300.
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, however please allow up to 5 working days for the goods to reach you. Your orders will be sent out via Royal Mail Signed For (Second Class) in most instances.
Where items are available for immediate despatch, we offer a next day delivery service for orders placed before 2pm (UK and Northern Ireland addresses only). This is free for all order over £350 and just £6.95 for orders under £350.
We can guarantee next day delivery for orders received before 2pm Monday through Thursday. The parcel will reach you by 1pm. Orders placed after 2pm Monday to Friday, or any time on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be delivered within 2 working days. Delivery is not possible on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday. A signature may be required on receipt.
If you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected if they think it is safe to do so. A card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done. In most instances, the carrier will take it back to the local depot, and leave you a card telling you how you can pick it up.
International Shipping is £13.95.

CLICK & COLLECT
We also offer a free Click & Collect service to all of our stores. If you live locally to one of our stores in Scunthorpe, Selby or Gainsborough, simply select ‘Click & Collect’ as your delivery option when you checkout, selecting the appropriate store. Please be aware that it may take up to three working days for your order to be ready for collection. Once your order is ready to be collected, you will receive an email and/or text message notifying you of this.
Please bring along your online order invoice and a form of ID (Passport or Driver’s License) to collect your purchase. We will not be able to release the purchased items without the provision of these documents.
