Please be aware that face masks, earrings and underwear may not be returned under this policy. Similarly, personalised items and Coe & Co. Gift Cards cannot be returned.
We will issue a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges. Please allow ten working days for your return to be processed. If you requested a refund, it will be applied to the original card, or other payment method, used to place your order.
We do not refund the costing of postage.
