We try our best to meet the delivery timescales quoted but there may be a delay when we are very busy such as during a sale, promotion or Christmas. There will be no deliveries or collections during bank holidays.
ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY
Royal Mail delivers the next working day.
Orders for guaranteed delivery the next day have to be placed by 2 pm.
Order placed after 2 pm on a Friday will be delivered the next Tuesday.
A Signature is required.
If the recipient is not in, the order will be taken to the local Royal Mail collection point.

Returns
Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:
we receive the products within 14 days following the date of delivery of the product;
the returned product is unused, in its original packaging, with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.
