Update your collection with our new Pandora Moments Studded Chain Bracelet in a 14k gold-plated unique metal blend. This hand-finished bracelet features a flexible, textured chain and an infinity-detailed openable heart-shaped clasp with an interior infinity symbol. Please note this chain bracelet does not have threaders (raised charm dividers). A maximum of 14-18 charms or dangle charms can be styled on the bracelet. The clasp cannot be styled with charms. We recommend adding charms with silicone grips or safety chains to secure your styling.

Delivery

UK & NORTHERN IRELAND DELIVERY

We try our best to meet the delivery timescales quoted but there may be a delay when we are very busy such as during a sale, promotion or Christmas. There will be no deliveries or collections during bank holidays.

ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY
  • Royal Mail delivers the next working day.
  • Orders for guaranteed delivery the next day have to be placed by 2 pm.
  • Order placed after 2 pm on a Friday will be delivered the next Tuesday.
  • A Signature is required.
  • If the recipient is not in, the order will be taken to the local Royal Mail collection point.

  • Royal Mail will deliver on the next Saturday.
  • Orders for guaranteed delivery on the next Saturday have to be placed by 2 pm Friday.

  • If the recipient is not in, the order will be taken to the local Royal Mail collection point.
UNEXPECTED DELAYS

Please note that at times of severe weather; strike action or terrorism then there may be unexpected delays to our delivery service. At these times, we will work our delivery partners to minimise disruption and to keep you informed as much as possible.

Returns

Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:

  1. we receive the products within 14 days following the date of delivery of the product;
  2. the returned product is unused, in its original packaging, with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.
