UK & NORTHERN IRELAND DELIVERY

We try our best to meet the delivery timescales quoted but there may be a delay when we are very busy such as during a sale, promotion or Christmas. There will be no deliveries or collections during bank holidays.

ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY

• Royal Mail delivers the next working day.
• Orders for guaranteed delivery the next day have to be placed by 2 pm.
• Order placed after 2 pm on a Friday will be delivered the next Tuesday.
• A Signature is required.
• If the recipient is not in, the order will be taken to the local Royal Mail collection point.

ROYAL MAIL SATURDAY DELIVERY

• Royal Mail will deliver on the next Saturday.
• Orders for guaranteed delivery on the next Saturday have to be placed by 2 pm Friday.
• Order placed after 2 pm on a Friday will be delivered the next Saturday.
• A Signature is required.
• If the recipient is not in, the order will be taken to the local Royal Mail collection point.

UNEXPECTED DELAYS

Please note that at times of severe weather; strike action or terrorism then there may be unexpected delays to our delivery service. At these times, we will work our delivery partners to minimise disruption and to keep you informed as much as possible.

Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:

1. we receive the products within 14 days following the date of delivery of the product;
2. the returned product is unused, in its original packaging, with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.
